How can we show our employees and stakeholders the end result of a 700 million euro renovation operation at the luggage department of Schiphol Airport and give them a real feel of the innovation as close to a real life visit as possible. Our solution? We prepared a special suitcase with a steady cam mechanism and a 360° camera system. The edited 360° film was used not only as a 360° show in a specially prepared dome, but was also incorporated into an App and finally showed to the general public as a 360° video clip on YouTube.
Within only two days the clip became a huge online hit, more then a million people watched it and news media as Daily Mail, Al Jazeera, Fox News and National Geographic picked it up as a news item!
